Welcome to the website of Tadbik Ltd (hereinafter “the Company” or “Tadbik”). This site is designed to provide you with access to various services and contents of the Company, and to consolidate all the necessary information for you.

This document is written in the masculine form for convenience only but refers to both men and women. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Your use of the site and agreement to its terms and related regulations

1. This document is intended to consolidate the terms of use and privacy policy on the Company’s website (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Terms of Use”). Please note that any use of this site, or of linked or available sites or services through it, constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use.
2. Tadbik reserves the right to change, delete, and/or add to the terms of this policy at any time without prior notice or retroactively. Your use of the site following such changes signifies your agreement to these changes. Therefore, we recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

Although Tadbik makes every effort to present accurate and reliable information on the site or through it, Tadbik is not and will not be directly or indirectly responsible for the availability, truthfulness, reliability, and/or accuracy of the content displayed on the site. Relying on any content displayed on the site or through it is entirely your responsibility, and you will not have any claim, lawsuit, or demand against Tadbik and/or anyone on its behalf regarding the features of the site, its capabilities, limitations, or its suitability for your needs and requirements.

13. The site may publish and list job advertisements and vacant positions within Tadbik, on pages dedicated to this purpose. These ads and their content are not intended to obligate or lead to the acceptance of any job applicant or individuals interested in a position in Tadbik, or to detract or change other selection processes that may be performed by the Company. It should be noted that only suitable applications will be answered. There is no intention in publishing advertisements to obligate Tadbik in any way, and it reserves the right to change the position or qualifications, or to cancel it at its discretion. Job ads and job offers are directed in any case to both genders, even if not explicitly stated in the body of the ad. Referrals may be maintained by Tadbik.

Privacy Policy, Data Collection, and Storage

14. Tadbik respects your privacy and is committed to maintaining generally accepted privacy protection principles in Israel. The site does not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide such information when filling out an online form on the site, registering for a newsletter or any other list, contacting us, etc.

Please note that you are not legally required to provide information to Tadbik, and the transfer of information by you to Tadbik is solely at your discretion and with your consent, and you shall have no claim and/or demand against Tadbik and its representatives in this matter.

Moreover, to the extent that you provide or upload any personal information to Tadbik or the website, you hereby declare that the information you provide and/or update on the website is accurate and reliable, and that you provide the information on your behalf and for yourself alone, or that you have the legal authority to provide this information for another person, and in any case, you shall be solely responsible for the provision of this information.

According to your consent, if received, Tadbik may contact you directly from time to time for the purpose of receiving updates, offers for products and/or services, promotions, and sales promotions, via email, SMS, automatic dialing system and/or by phone, as long as no other notice has been received from you at any time.
24. Tadbik ensures not to disclose personally identifiable information about you to third parties, except in one or more of the following cases:

Miscellaneous

33. These terms of use (or any of the provisions therein) do not create and shall not be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employer-employee relationship, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Tadbik or anyone acting on its behalf in any way.
34. The use of the site and/or any claim, demand, and/or request arising from such use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel only, and the venue shall be in the Be’er Sheva District Court, and the substantive and procedural law shall be the Israeli law subject to the company’s right to pursue legal proceedings in courts where the user’s address, place of business, assets, or any part thereof are located, at the company’s discretion.
35. If any provision of these terms of use is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the terms of use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms of use.
